Montgomery’s Cheddar – Our favourite cheddar, a hard traditional clothbound Somerset Cheddar. Wash it down with a Hoppy
IPA, West Country Cider, Oloroso Sherry or Maderira Wine.

 

Colston Bassett Stilton – One of the best blues in the world! This cheese is buttery, biscuity and savoury. Try this with a glass of Port, Sauternes, Sweet Sherry and even a glass of Whisky.

 

Cornish Yarg – A British territorial style cheese made in the style of a Caerphilly. The cheese is then coated in nettles which are foraged from the local area when in season, frozen and rehydrated when needed for use. This is a mild cheese with a medium texture. The nettles are edible and has a gentle soul, so it is best to eat with minimal accompaniments.

 

St Jude – Is a lactic style young cheese made in Suffolk. It is moussey and has a clotted cream texture. Pairs nicely with Sherry, Sparkling Wine or a Light Ale.
